Matt Plapp is the founder and CEO of Florence, Kentucky based America's Best Restaurants (ABR), a media company aimed at helping independent restaurants tell their stories, acquire customers, and build sales momentum. They accomplish this by creating video content that helps customers connect with visual experiences, social media engagement, and customer relationship management using DRYVER, a proprietary restaurant customer management program.

Plapp knows restaurants and the hospitality industry, what he needed help with was finding the right banking partner to take ABR to the next level, so he turned to our Cincinnati team.

Our Small Business Administration (SBA) team developed a solution to help ABR’s growth plans by consolidating their debt, improve cash flow and provide additional working capital.
