First Commonwealth’s Nathan Culp Promoted to Corporate Community Impact Officer

INDIANA, PA (August 12, 2026) ― Nathan Culp, who has been with First Commonwealth Bank the past 22 years, has been promoted to the bank’s Corporate Community Impact and CRA Officer.

Most recently, Culp was responsible for the bank’s Community Impact initiatives in Pennsylvania. Last year, he was named a recipient of the Outstanding Dedication to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) for Large Banks award for 2024 by the Pittsburgh Community Reinvestment Group (PCRG).

“Nathan has been an impactful leader in our community impact initiatives and is very deserving of this promotion to lead our team of Community Impact Officers throughout our entire corporate footprint,” said Mike McCuen, First Commonwealth's Chief Banking Officer. “Nathan’s deep roots in this space and familiarity with our entire footprint will be great assets in leading our Community Impact team.”

In his new role, Culp will oversee First Commonwealth Bank's Community Impact and Community Reinvestment Act strategies across the company's footprint, working with community organizations, government agencies, and local stakeholders to advance affordable housing, economic development, financial education, and neighborhood revitalization initiatives.

Culp currently serves on the Board for City of Bridges Community Land Trust, as well as on loan committees for Neighborhood Community Development Fund and Regional Development Funding Corp. 
He and his wife, Heather, have two sons (Oliver and Owen) and live in Plum outside of Pittsburgh.
