First Commonwealth Announces Hiring of Investment Real Estate Banker in Northern Ohio Region
CLEVELAND, OH (September 29, 2026) ― First Commonwealth Bank has announced the appointment of new Investment Real Estate (IRE) banker to its Northern Ohio Region, which includes Stark, Mahoning, Cuyahoga, Summit and Ashtabula counties.

Jeff Skonieczny (SKA nez nee) joins First Commonwealth Bank as Senior Vice President for Investment Real Estate and will be based Northern Ohio Business Center in Independence, Ohio.
Skonieczny has more than 30 years of commercial real estate banking experience in the market, specializing in variety of property types including multi-family, retail, industrial, medical office and hospitality. Throughout his career, Skonieczny has been a trusted advisor and relationship manager, known for his expertise in construction and project financing.
