The “Future Under 40” Awards honor banking industry leaders, aged 40 years and younger, who have made a tremendous impact on their institution, the community and the industry.

First Commonwealth President had this to proudly say about the award recipients: “Esteban, Eva and Kaitlyn each work in very different geographies of our bank. Their demographics are different; their customer base is different. And yet, they are each wildly successful. This is because of leadership. We’re proud of their recognitions and thrilled to have them on the team.”
