Indiana, PA (January 23, 2023) –First Commonwealth Bank has announced that Nathan Culp has recently been promoted to the position of Regional Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer for the Bank’s Pittsburgh region.  Nathan has been with First Commonwealth for 18 years, serving in various retail and small business lending roles, most recently as Small Business Underwriter with a specialty in Community Development underwriting.

As the Regional CRA Officer, Nathan will lead the execution and delivery of First Commonwealth’s Community Development Banking strategy and product offerings in the counties of Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Washington and Westmoreland. This includes working with developers, not-for-profits, community organizations, real estate professionals, and the faith community to leverage critical resources to support affordable housing, economic development, and neighborhood revitalization.

“I am humbled by the opportunity to build lasting partnerships throughout Pittsburgh region that will focus on helping to deliver on our mission of improving the financial lives of our neighbors and communities specifically to those who have historically been underserved,” offered Nathan. “It is meaningful work and I look forward to being able to help and support those already making a difference.”
