First Commonwealth Recognized for the Third Consecutive Year by Pittsburgh Post-Gazette as one of the region’s Top Workplaces

Indiana, PA (September 16, 2021) – First Commonwealth Bank has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Now celebrating its eleventh year, the list is based solely on employee feedback, gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. First Commonwealth Bank finished in the top 10 in the large employer category, those with 400 or more employees in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
