First Commonwealth Bank Recognized by Pittsburgh Post-Gazette as one of the region’s Top Workplaces for 2019

Indiana, PA (August 29) – First Commonwealth Bank has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The list is based solely on employee feedback, gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. First Commonwealth Bank finished in the top 10 in the large employer category, those with 400 or more employees.
