First Commonwealth Bank Recognized by Pittsburgh Post-Gazette as one of the region’s Top Workplaces for 2019
Indiana, PA (August 29) – First Commonwealth Bank has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The list is based solely on employee feedback, gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. First Commonwealth Bank finished in the top 10 in the large employer category, those with 400 or more employees.
“We are incredibly humbled by this designation, our first time on this list along with many great employers” remarked First Commonwealth Bank EVP/Human Resources Manager, Carrie Riggle. “This recognition is even more meaningful because the judges are our own employees--we are ever grateful for their time and talents on a daily basis. Congratulations to all of this year’s winners.”
The complete list of recipients is available on the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette website, www.post-gazette.com.
Note: Included with this release are photographs taken at four locations where recognition banners are placed: Indiana Courthouse headquarters, Downtown Greensburg branch, Downtown Pittsburgh Union Trust office and Wexford business office.
