Accessing Your First Commonwealth Bank Online Banking

First Time Login

Beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 9, you can access your accounts online through the following supported browsers: current version/release of Microsoft EdgeTM, Google ChromeTM and SafariTM. We also have a mobile app available for AppleTM and AndroidTM devices.

For Businesses

Some businesses will be converted to Treasury Management Online Banking. We will mail a separate booklet to these businesses on May 21 which will provide instructions for accessing and using the tools available within the Treasury Management Online Banking system. The first time you log in, you may have to sync/refresh the page a few times for the transaction history to load.

If your business is not converting to Treasury Management Online Banking, you will receive an email with log-in instructions and a link to our business online platform. Emails will be sent between June 6 and June 9 and you can log in starting on June 9.

Online (Browser)

1. Access Online Banking from the fcbanking.com homepage.
2. Click “New to Online Banking? Enroll Now” which is located under the Online Banking Login on the right side of the page.
3. Please enter your personal information under “new user enrollment” - Social Security Number, Account Number, Email and Phone Number.
4. Enroll in Two Factor Authentication (2FA). You can choose between receiving a code by Text or Phone Call, your favorite AuthenticatorTM App, or FIDOTM Security Keys. You will only need to enter your 10-digit phone number (with country code).
5. Verify your 2FA code.
6. A verification screen will populate with a green checkmark.
7. Preview and accept the 'End User Agreement.'
8. Choose a username and password.

• May contain the following special characters +_%@!$*~
• Must be between 7 and 25 characters in length
• Must not match or contain your ID
• Must not contain spaces.

Mobile

1. Look for the berry-colored icon and download the “First Commonwealth Banking” app from the AppleTM App Store or GoogleTM Play Store.
2. Enter your 'Username' and 'Password' and tap 'Sign in.'
3. Enroll in Two Factor Authentication (2FA). You can choose between receiving a code by Text or Phone Call, your favorite AuthenticatorTM App, or FIDOTM Security Keys. You will only need to enter your 10-digit phone number (with country code).
4. Create a four-digit 'Passcode.'
5. Review and accept the 'End User Agreement.'
