Our First Commonwealth Bank debit cards are packed with added security to give you access to your money in your Hometown checking accounts so that you can check out with confidence every time you shop, whether that's at the gas pump or using Apple PayTM, Samsung PayTM, Google PayTM Fitbit PayTM and Garmin PayTM. You'll need a checking account to get a debit card, which can be opened online, in person or by calling 844.711.BANK (2265). If you already have an account, just ask at your local office or call 800.711.BANK (2265) to order your card.
Lost your debit card? It happens. With our SecurLOCKTM EQUIP app, you can turn your debit card on and off with a swipe so you can be confident even when your card is misplaced. Once you find your card, just swipe again to turn it back on. Learn more.

Mastercard Enhanced ID Theft Protection
- Monitors your credit file for changes that could indicate fraud, such as new credit inquiries, an address change, or a new account opened in your name.1
- Sends alert notifications whenever suspicious activity is detected so that you can take immediate action to minimize potential damage. The tool monitors suspicious activity related to the personal information you choose to track.2

Contactless and Chip Card Technology
Every First Commonwealth Bank debit card has an EMV chip embedded into the plastic that protects your card from fraud, giving you added peace of mind. With chip card technology, every transaction uses unique data, making each transaction dynamic, unlike magnetic stripe cards which have static transactions. That is why if someone were able to intercept one of your chip transactions they would not be able to use that information again. Learn more.
Contactless technology uses short-range wireless technology to quickly complete payments between a contactless-enabled card or payment-enabled device and a contactless-enabled checkout terminal. And, just like transactions made with a chip-enabled card, each contactless card transaction uses unique data that protects the payment information. So your contactless payments are also secure.
