Tricia Gatskie

Tricia Gatskie joined First Commonwealth Insurance Agency in 2016, assuming the role of Agency Management Systems Coordinator, working in quality control and systems management. September 2022 she began working as the Agency Communication and Development Leader. She works to improve the internal and external communication efforts of the agency as well as providing various HR related functions such as recruiting onboarding, training, and employee development.

Tricia is a 2003 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she dual majored and obtained Bachelor’s degrees in Management Information Systems and Business Technology Support & Training.
