Michele Yale

Michele joined the FCIA team in September 2026 as an Account Executive and has more than 20 years of experience with corporate communications and marketing, specializing in the healthcare industry. Most recently, she served as executive leadership for a diversified maintenance company, directly managing daily operations for nearly 100 employees, including all insurance procurement and enrollment processes. 

Michele has vast experience with project management and efficiency improvement and is passionate about employee/client engagement. She is eager to bring the perspective from “the other side of the table” to the agency team to streamline processes and enhance collaboration with clients and carriers. 

Michele is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford where she earned her degree in public relations. She resides in her hometown of Brockway, PA, and finds her greatest joy and pride in raising her three children.
