FCIA Partners with Leach Agency for Expanded Benefits Consulting Success

FCIA has been pleased to be the chosen partner to deliver Benefits Consulting to clients of the Leach Agency, a property/casualty agency in New Bethlehem PA. The Leach Agency’s existing Benefits staff member has chosen to begin her path to retirement, and The Leach Agency was seeking a new partner who could deliver innovative solutions to the existing and potential Employee Benefit clients of their firm. After reviewing several firms, they felt that FCIA was the most capable and appropriate partner and has now begun the process of introducing the PA EB Team to various client of the firm. Led by Brad Anderson, there have been eight clients who are in the process of committing themselves to FCIA’s Benefits Division as their chosen Consultant. There will continue to be additional clients who will be onboarded with the help of Senior Client Advocate, Samantha Nelson, over the next several months, with new prospect opportunities forthcoming as well from this relationship. Thus far, the partnership is off to a great start.
