Benefits Consulting Unlocking New Horizons: A Successful Partnership with an SBA Client

In a journey that began in June 2023, a bank partner, Jamie Straub, introduced Brad Anderson to her SBA client. Over the following months, our Benefits Consulting team maintained communication until October when they acknowledged satisfaction with their current broker but also recognized the untapped potential in the additional services we were proposing.

Our comprehensive offerings, including contribution strategy analysis, payroll and ben admin integration, COBRA management, compliance expertise, and strategies for boosting enrollment participation, resonated with the client. By November, they made the decision to sign the Broker of Record (BOR) agreement, officially joining our team. This partnership extends to both their home office location as well as a secondary facility.
