Our Employee Benefits team recently celebrated a service success for one of our loyal clients. Their insurance renewal was completed well ahead of schedule, achieving a 6% negotiated reduction in their premium so they couldn’t be happier.

However, our partnership with this client has always been about more than just insurance. Last year, we introduced them to a vendor we work with who offers innovative communication services for open enrollment and other benefit related information. This particular vendor provides tools for sending out videos and text messages to employees year-round, tailored to any content the company desires.  As a result, our client is able to record their own announcements, and the vendor assists in crafting these messages with user-friendly templates and helpful suggestions. This partnership has proven to be an excellent fit, enhancing employee engagement and communication.
