Seamless Solutions: A Business Owner's Tailored Insurance Journey

In a recent success story, a business owner's insurance journey with FCIA showcases the importance of flexibility and personalized service in the insurance industry.

Initially introduced in September 2023, we placed coverage for this real estate client, and at the time also offered to quote insurance for the business that would occupy the space. However, due to timing constraints, the business owner deferred the business insurance discussion at the time.

A few months later, Kristen and our Small Commercial team were re-introduced to the business owner through our partner, Karen Botti.  As the timing became right the owner began looking for a streamlined approach, expressing interest in combining both the real estate and business policies. Kristen is now currently working with the carrier to seamlessly add garage operations to the existing policy, showcasing how a flexible and collaborative approach can tailor insurance solutions to meet evolving business needs.
