Ben Scherf has been with First Commonwealth Insurance Agency since April 2015 and in the commercial insurance business since 2007. Ben's passion lies in helping businesses and organizations thrive by offering strategic guidance as a dedicated Property & Casualty and Surety Bond Insurance Agent and Broker. His approach goes beyond the conventional insurance contract, focusing on proactive values that create lasting impact.

Beyond his professional commitments, Ben is committed to giving back to his community. He actively volunteers his time and skills in sports-related non-profit organizations, demonstrating his dedication to making a positive difference. He serves as the In-house Director of the Indiana Area Soccer Boosters, as well as Treasurer of the Indiana County Football Club, further contributing to the local sports community.

Outside the office and his volunteer work, Ben and his wife, Courtney, enjoy staying active outdoors with their three kids.
