Tricia Gatskie

Tricia Gatskie serves as Strategy & Planning Manager at First Commonwealth Insurance Agency, where she oversees agency operations and plays a key role in shaping and executing the agency’s overall strategic direction. In this role, Tricia partners closely with leadership to align operational processes, technology, and people strategies to support sustainable growth and long-term objectives.

Tricia joined First Commonwealth Insurance Agency in 2016 as the Agency Management Systems Coordinator, where she focused on quality control and systems management. In September 2022, she transitioned into the role of Agency Communication and Development Leader, leading internal and external communication initiatives and supporting core human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development. Her diverse background and deep understanding of agency operations position her to bridge strategy and execution across departments.

She is a 2003 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Management Information Systems and Business Technology Support & Training.
