Welcoming New Regional President Amy McFarland
CINCINNATI, OH - (March 25) First Commonwealth Bank has announced that Amy McFarland will lead the Bank’s Cincinnati region as Regional President.
McFarland joins First Commonwealth from a regional bank, where she most recently spent six years as a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager. McFarland’s extensive banking and leadership background includes business banking, treasury management, merchant services and personal trust. Previously, Amy enjoyed time as Director and CFO at The Fischer Group, where she was very successful at partnering with entrepreneurs and businesses by helping the product development company bring new products to market.
As First Commonwealth’s regional leader in Cincinnati, McFarland will be the driving catalyst for business development, recruitment and partner collaboration. She will lead the region’s corporate banking team.

McFarland has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and in International Business from Georgetown College and earned her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan.
McFarland and her husband, Jeff, are active in their community and with their children, Brady and Adelle, reside in Ross Township, Ohio. McFarland has served on the ArtsWave Campaign Cabinet, Corporate Liaison for United Way and actively serves on The American Heart Association Cycle Nation Executive Leadership Team and as a Board Member for the Make A Change Foundation.
