First Commonwealth Bank Opens Its New Parsons Avenue Office;
Welcomes Will Vance as Financial Solutions Center Manager

COLUMBUS, Ohio (November 18, 2024) ―First Commonwealth Bank opened its Parsons Avenue Office (701 Parsons Avenue) in Columbus on Monday, Nov. 18. 

The Parsons Avenue Office is First Commonwealth’s 11th Central Ohio location and third in the city of Columbus. The office will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and will offer a full complement of personal, business and mortgage products. It will be managed by William Vance Jr.

Will Vance, Financial Solutions Center Manager

Vance has more than seven years of retail and small business banking experience. He is native of Columbus and has been active with the Whitehall Chamber of Commerce and the YMCA.

“Will has a tremendous amount of business development and relationship management experience. He has great knowledge of and respect for the local neighborhoods,” said Feras Alkhattar, Central Ohio Area Manager. “We can’t wait to make an impact in the Parsons Avenue corridor.”

Vance and his wife, Bre, live in Columbus with daughter, Jiselle.

To celebrate the opening of the Parsons Avenue Office, First Commonwealth made a $5,000 donation to the COCIC Franklin County Land Bank.

“We are grateful for our partnership with the COCIC Franklin County Land Bank,” noted Stephanie Aguila, the bank’s Ohio Community Reinvestment Act Officer. “We wholly support their mission to revitalize Franklin County neighborhoods by taking vacant, abandoned and foreclosed properties and returning them to productive use.”
