Viboun “Tooney” Thepsoumane Joins First Commonwealth Bank as Senior SBA Business Development Officer
Indiana, PA (January 7) – First Commonwealth Bank recently announced the addition of Mr. Viboun “Tooney” Thepsoumane as a Senior Small Business Administration (SBA) Business Development Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for commercial lending growth in the Central Texas region by capitalizing on his strong track record and relationships in the commercial lending arena.
Tooney joins First Commonwealth’s Small Business Administration team with nearly two decades of experience in the financial arena, and most recently over 10 years of SBA and USDA lending throughout the United States
Tooney holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University and completed Commercial Banking Credit College. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, was a volunteer for Junior Achievement, and served on the non-profit board of HealthStart Foundation, which educates LMI children and parents about healthy eating habits at a young age.
