You will now enjoy First Commonwealth Bank's Online Banking/BillPay experience. Your new First Commonwealth Bank Online Banking will be available for business and personal users on Monday, June 9 at 8:00 a.m. Access to CenterBank Online Banking will be available for business and personal users until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6. Please see the Changeover Checklist page for the tasks you will need to complete. In addition to standard functions such as alerts, bill payments and account transfers, personal accounts also have access to Money Manager, a personal financial tool which can be used to create and manage budgets, set up savings goals and alerts, and more. We will mail Treasury Management customers a separate communication on May 21 with information on Treasury Management services within Online Banking.
Accounting/Aggregator Software: First Commonwealth Bank does allow Direct Connect for QuickBooksTM and QuickenTM. If you use one of these accounting software services, see your respective providers online Help site for instructions on how to link your accounts. If you have linked your CenterBank online banking profile with any other third-party aggregator software, this link will no longer be active after the conversion. You will need to establish a connection to your First Commonwealth online/mobile banking profile after you have completed your enrollment in online banking. Steps to enroll can be found under ‘Accessing Your First Commonwealth Bank Online Banking.’
Account History: You will be able to view deposit account history from January 1, 2025, and all loan transaction history in Online Banking. If you need more account history, be sure to print out what you think you’ll need before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6. After June 6, additional account history is available by contacting the Engagement Center at 800.711. BANK (2265) or your local office.
BillPay: All CenterBank billpay payments must have a schedule date on or before Thursday, June 5, 2025. Any payments scheduled after June 5, 2025 in the CenterBank system will not be processed. Any payments that you need to have delivered between Friday, June 6, 2025 and Monday, June 9, 2025 will need to either be scheduled to be paid early or you will have to use an alternate method of payment. Any recurring payments you have set up will need to be reentered in the First Commonwealth system. Your First Commonwealth Bank BillPay will be available and you can start establishing payees starting Monday, June 9 at 8:00 a.m. To access BillPay, click the BillPay tab within your new Online Banking.
Payments: New payments can be scheduled through the First Commonwealth BillPay system starting Monday, June 9 at 8:00 a.m. by clicking the BillPay tab within any Online Banking screen.
Payment History: Your BillPay history will not transfer over. If you need any history, please be sure to print or save it prior to Friday, June 6.
Payees: Before June 6, 2025, please make note of the information for each of your payees. If the payee is a business, you will need the following information: Company Name, Company Phone Number, Account Number, Company Payment Address. If the payee is a person, you will need the following information: Person’s First and Last Name and Phone Number, Address if the payment must be sent by check or, if the payment can be sent electronically, Routing Number and Account Number, Cell Phone Number or Email Address.
eBills: Your current eBills and eBill history will not convert. Any eBills will need to be re-established in First Commonwealth's BillPay system.
Setting Up Profile: Once you log in for the first time, you will need to update your profile picture and select your preferred dashboard configuration. Please note that any categories, nicknames, notes or images attached to transactions through CenterBank’s online banking will not transfer over.
Mobile Banking: CenterBank Mobile Banking and Deposit will be available until 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 6. Your First Commonwealth Bank Mobile Banking and Deposit will be available starting Monday, June 9 at 8:00 a.m. Visit your app store to download our app - look for the icon to the right. Once you've enrolled in Online Banking either through the browser or the app, you can establish Touch ID or Face ID, and create a pass code within the app. Now you can pay bills, deposit checks, transfer funds, check account balances, view transactions, and locate the nearest First Commonwealth office from your smartphone device. Mobile Deposit: We invite you to enroll in our mobile deposit solution, giving you the convenience of depositing checks when and where you want. Enrolling in Mobile Deposit is easy - open the First Commonwealth app, log in using your Online Banking ID and password, select "Deposits" and follow the instructions to enroll in mobile deposit. With our standard limits, accounts can deposit up to $2,500 per day and $5,000 per calendar month. If you find that your transaction needs exceed these limits, just give us a call at 800.711.BANK (2265). Deposits made by 7:45 p.m. will generally be available the next business day. For more details about mobile deposit, visit fcbanking.com/welcome. Please note that you must check the box near the endorsement line on the back of the deposited check or endorse the item as "For Mobile Deposit Only."

Log into First Commonwealth Bank Online Banking or app. Enroll in Zelle® using your U.S. mobile number or email address. That’s it! Once your enrollment is approved, you're ready to start sending and receiving money with Zelle®. Visit fcbanking.com for additional information regarding limits, safety tips and tutorials on Zelle®. Zelle® is not intended for use by your business or with your HSA account.
The 'Pay a Person' person-to-person payment feature is also available in BillPay.
Internal Transfers: Recurring internal transfers that were set up in CenterBank Online Banking will not convert to First Commonwealth’s Online Banking and will need to be re-established.
External Transfers: If you have external bank accounts set up, the account info will not transfer and will need to be set up again. You will now have the ability to make external transfers not only from your First Commonwealth accounts, but into your First Commonwealth accounts as well. To set up an external transfer, select 'Transfers' from the menu and click “Transfer to other institutions by adding an external transfer account.”
Alerts: No later than Friday, June 6, please make note of alerts you currently have established within the CenterBank Online Banking system as they will not transfer. You will be able to re-establish and create additional alerts starting on Monday, June 9 at 8:00 a.m. Simply select the “Alert Preference" button in the account view within the First Commonwealth Online Banking.
Account Nicknames: If you would like to nickname your accounts with First Commonwealth Bank, you will be able to do so beginning June 9.
Additional Features for Businesses: Businesses will have access to additional reporting and the ability to manage/add users. To add additional users, select Business Management from the Settings menu. Treasury Management customers will receive a separate communication with information on Treasury Management services within Online Banking.
Mobile Wallets: As a First Commonwealth customer, you can access the following mobile wallet options - Apple PayTM, Google PayTM, Samsung PayTM, and Garmin PayTM - free of charge. Simply add your new First Commonwealth debit card into your existing mobile wallet or visit the app store associated with your device to download.
Money Manager - for Personal Accounts: Within the First Commonwealth Online Banking experience, you will have access to Money Manager, a free financial management tool that provides a comprehensive view of your financial activities. Plus, our Money Manager Snapshot feature allows you to add external banking and investment accounts right into your dashboard. In just a few steps, you'll see your entire financial picture within your First Commonwealth Bank Online Banking and mobile app experience.

Credit Score Manager - for Personal Accounts: As a First Commonwealth Bank online and mobile banking user, you have complimentary 24/7 access to Credit Score Manager. Knowing your credit standing is essential when you want to open a loan or credit card, but it’s also important to track changes to your score since it can alert you to suspicious activity.
• Stay on top of your credit with alerts if your score changes.
• Credit Score Simulator – see how your credit score might change when you take out a loan or get a new credit card.
• Debt analysis - monitor your debt in one spot, see open balances and monthly payments and more.
Credit Score Manager is automatically available to you in the Dashboard section of online and mobile banking. On first use, you’ll need to authorize the experience, and then your current credit score will start to display and update.
Telephone Banking: Beginning Monday, June 9, 2025 at 8:00 a.m., our Automated Telephone Banking System will be available at 800.711.BANK (2265), Option 1. Since this is a new feature for CenterBank customers, you will need to register. To register, you will need your full social security number and a full account number for any type of account other than a debit card.
