Tuesday, June 3 |
In most cases, your checking account number will stay the same. If your account number is changing, you were notified in a letter mailed on April 22 and by phone. You will need to provide your new account number to service providers. |
Prior to June 6 |
Review the Terms and Conditions. |
Make note of any recurring payments set up, all payee information, alerts and external transfer accounts within CenterBank's online banking system. You will need to reestablish them in your First Commonwealth online banking system. |
Print or make note of any CenterBank BillPay payment history prior to June 2025 that you want to retain as these will not transfer. |
Thursday, June 5 |
All BillPay payments must have a schedule date on or before Thursday, June 5, 2025. Any payments scheduled after June 5, 2025 in the CenterBank system will not be processed. Any payments that you need to have delivered between Friday, June 6, 2025 and Monday, June 9, 2025 will need to either be scheduled to be paid early or you will have to use an alternate method of payment. Any recurring payments you have set up will need to be re-entered in the First Commonwealth system. |
Friday, June 6 |
Note that CenterBank offices will close at at 4:00 pm on Friday, June 6 and will remain closed over the weekend. The offices will reopen at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 9. |
Saturday, June 7 |
Customers with new checking account numbers can start using their new First Commonwealth Bank checks starting at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 7. |

Access Online Banking from the homepage of fcbanking.com following the “Accessing Your FCB Online Banking" instructions on page 11. Once you have access to Online Banking, you can establish BillPay payees. |
You will discontinue using the CenterBank debit card on Monday at 8:00 a.m. and start using your First Commonwealth Bank debit card which you should have received in the mail. If you have not already activated your new card, simply call 866.392.9952 and follow the instructions, including choosing your new personal identification number (PIN). You may use the same PIN as your CenterBank debit card. |

All payments on your loans should be remitted to First Commonwealth Bank, Payment Processing Center, P.O. Box 537, Indiana, PA 15701. You can also make payments at a First Commonwealth office, from the homepage of fcbanking.com, or within your First Commonwealth Online Banking. |
If you have a mortgage and/or car loan, contact your insurance company and provide them with the information found on the General Account Information - Loans page for the collateral securing your loan. |
