Offer is based upon loans $25,000 to $1,000,000 for vehicle and equipment purchases with a term of up to 60 months, and subject to credit approval. In order to receive the offered rate, a direct debit of the loan payment from a First Commonwealth Bank business checking account is required, otherwise borrower will receive the standard rate. If the loan payment direct debit is canceled during the term of the loan, the rate will increase 1.00%. A $149 processing fee will be charged. SBA Guaranteed loans, Streamline loans and refinancing of existing First Commonwealth Bank loans are not eligible for the offer.
