Robert Sankey

Robert Sankey has been in the health insurance industry for more than 30 years. Since joining the First Commonwealth Insurance Agency team in 2015, Robert’s aim focuses on three core components of an organization: Human Capital (employees, workforce, talent, staff), Financial Health (solvency, assets, credit, funding) and Customers (clients, buyers, patients, patrons). Managing these components simultaneously, as equal priorities, ensures that Robert consistently provides prudent, insightful and innovative solutions, helping organizations achieve ongoing and uninterrupted success. Robert’s area of expertise is consultative business services including strategic plan assessment, root cause analysis and resolution, human capital risk management, expense management, technology, compliance and communication.

Robert specializes in helping organizations reach their fullest potential. He has assisted employer groups from 10 employees to 5,000, both local and national organizations. His professional designations include Fully-licensed in Health & Annuities, Property Casualty and Life & Disability and certification through Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO).

Robert attended Point Park University for Behavioral Health and Industrial Sociology and has served on numerous nonprofit boards and community organizations, including eight years as a Volunteer Firefighter in Pittsburgh.

Robert resides in Brush Valley, PA, with his wife Kathy.
