Beginning Monday, May 14, 2018

Debit Cards

Your new First Commonwealth debit card will arrive the week of May 14 in a blank white envelope. For security purposes, the envelope does not carry the First Commonwealth logo. To activate your card, simply call 866-392-9952. You will be asked to press 1 to continue the call in English or press 2 to continue the call in Spanish. At the next prompt you will then need to press 2 “for all other inquiries” to activate your card. This process will also walk you through choosing your PIN for your card. Please take note of your selected PIN as a reset may cause delays.

Online BillPay

All payments scheduled prior to May 17 will process. Any payments scheduled to occur after May 17 will not process. Download any history and payees as these will not transfer.

Voice Banking

The Foundation Bank Voice Banking phone line will be unavailable after 5:00 p.m. on May 18.

Online Banking

The Foundation Bank Online Banking services will be unavailable after 5:00 p.m. on May 18.

Saturday, May 19 and Sunday, May 20, 2018

Local Offices

The local branch offices will be closed on May 19 to allow us time to complete the changeover. We will re-open for regular business hours on May 21.

Engagement Center

Our customer service call center team will be available by calling 800.711.BANK (2265) on May 19 and 20 from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. You can also email us at Welcome@fcbanking.com or chat live with us on fcbanking.com.

Debit Cards

You can use your Foundation Bank debt card and the My Mobile Money app until 11:59 p.m. on May 20.

Changeover Complete

As of 8:00 a.m., your accounts will be available through First Commonwealth. Local offices will resume regular business hours.

Online Banking, BillPay, Mobile app and SecurLOCKTM Equip App

First Commonwealth Online Banking, BillPay, mobile app and SecurLOCKTM EQUIP debit card control app will each be available at 8:00 a.m. Balances may not reflect your weekend debit card activity.

Automated Account Telephone Service Line

You can set up automated telephone service with First Commonwealth by calling 800.711.BANK (2265) and choosing option 1. Here you will find your account balance and transaction activity. You also have the ability to transfer funds, add a stop payment, update your personal identification number (PIN) for the automated line, and change your debit card overdraft authorization preference. Balances may not reflect your weekend debit card activity.
