Teresa Jorgenson

Teresa Jorgenson is a Personal Lines Advisor. Within account managing, Teresa communicates with clients and companies to handle any claims, billing questions and endorsements. She provides extensive insurance policy reviews, quotes personal home and auto insurance and assists in the production and renewal of accounts. Teresa enjoys working with customers to help position them favorably while protecting their personal assets. While explaining and understanding insurance coverages, she can suggest enhancements and also resolves general customer inquiries. She enjoys finding the best option for each customer.

A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University Teresa received Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication with a minor in Marketing. She has obtained a Pennsylvania and Ohio Property & Casualty License. Teresa also has a certificate of Personal Lines Coverages Specialists from the Hartford School of Insurance.
