Carly Fagan Neals brings over a decade of experience in banking, wealth advising and trust/estate administration to her current role as Senior Wealth Advisor with First Commonwealth Advisors. In her role, she contributes to the efforts of developing new Wealth business through collaboration with First Commonwealth’s Pittsburgh-based Wealth Market Team.
Ms. Neals and her team work closely with high net worth individuals to provide comprehensive wealth management services, including investment management and asset allocation, tax planning, trust services, estate planning including charitable and gifting strategies, customized banking services, insurance analysis, as well as cash flow and retirement projections. As the Trust specialist on her Wealth Team, Carly works hand-in-hand with clients and their accountants, attorneys, and other outside advisors to ensure their short- and long-term financial goals and objectives are being met.
Additionally, Ms. Neals and her team cater to the wealth advisory needs of not-for -profit organizations by working to establish the necessary framework to carry out the organizations’ missions. Thereafter, Carly and her team provide ongoing support and oversight to ensure continued progress toward the organizations’ short and long term financial goals.
Prior to joining First Commonwealth, Ms. Neals spent several years as a Trust professional for a large Pittsburgh based financial institution in addition to practicing law for a firm in Pittsburgh where she specialized in estate and trust administration and estate and tax planning.
Carly Fagan Neals attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She studied at the Duquesne University School of Law to achieve her Juris Doctor. Ms. Neals is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh; she is also active in her community where she serves on the Board of Trustees for the Homeless Children’s Education Fund (HCEF) and frequently participates in public outreach and service initiatives.
Born and raised in Western Pennsylvania, Ms. Neals currently resides in Wexford with her three children. In her free time, Carly enjoys spending time with her family; she also avidly enjoys yoga and has competed in two marathons.
