• BAL – The BALANCE request function allows you to retrieve balances for your registered accounts via SMS.
• HIST (followed by an account nickname) – The transaction HISTORY request function allows you to view your most recent transactions via SMS messages.
• MORE – The MORE request allows you to view additional items after issuing a request. (Note: The MORE option must be selected within 10 minutes after the initial request).
• ATM (followed by a zip code) –The ATM request allows you to search for ATM locations within a specified zip code or address.
• BRANCH (followed by zip code/address) – The BRANCH request allows you to search for branch locations within a specified zip code or address.
• BOTH (followed by zip code/address) – The BOTH request allows you to search for both ATM & Branch locations within a specified zip code or address.
• STOP – The STOP request allows you to unsubscribe your device from Mobile Banking.
• HELP – The HELP request allows you to retrieve a help message with instructions for SMS Keywords.
