As hands-on owners, working our stores on a daily basis, we value and appreciate the importance of outstanding customer service. For this reason, we have enjoyed banking with First Commonwealth for over 25 years.
The employees at First Commonwealth time and again provide friendly, personal service – it's like they have become part of our extended family. First Commonwealth was there for financing as our business grew with the addition of our Latrobe store and the expansion of our Jeannette location which included the purchase of an adjoining property for batting cages, a playground area, and outdoor patio seating.
More recently, they were very supportive during major road construction projects that took place in front of both of our locations during the 2007 season and temporarily impacted our sales traffic.
We take great pride in our business and the valued relationships that we have built with our customers and employees. We strive to offer quality products along with exceptional service and find it satisfying to work with a company like First Commonwealth that shares the same business ethic.
