If you are an existing borrower and you believe there has been an error in the servicing of your loan or if you would like to request additional information, you must submit your request to us at: First Commonwealth Bank, Loan Maintenance Support, P.O. Box 400, Indiana, PA 15701 or send an email by accessing your online banking account and using the Send a Message feature. Please be sure that you:
1. Tell us your name and account number.
2. Describe the error and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information.
3. Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error.
We will promptly acknowledge your request, investigate, and correct any errors which occurred. We will also provide you with written notification explaining the outcome of our investigation.
