Community Commitment
First Commonwealth continues to reach out to local communities in western and central Pennsylvania.
First Commonwealth provides financial support through contributions and sponsorships to local community programs which enhance the quality of life of its citizens. Our local offices make decisions about events and organizations in their neighborhoods as they understand the unique needs in their areas.
We also encourage our employees to participate in making their communities better places to live and work by volunteering their time and talents to those worthwhile community programs.
We also participate in the Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program which provides support to those organizations dedicated to the education of our youth. For more information regarding the EITC program please visit here.

10th Annual Help Kids Lose the Blues Event
Spend the evening helping kids to lose the blues at this 10th Annual Event sponsored by Circle C. The evening will include live music by Jimbo and The Soup Bones, appetizers, a cash bar and silent and Chinese auctions!
Circle C provides 24-hour residential care and treatment to kids who are at-risk to be abused, neglected, or involved in the juvenile justice system. They operate four residential group homes for teens, a foster care program for younger kids, a transition program for 18-21 year olds, and an outreach program to inform older teens and young adults about local services. With a caring and therapeutic approach, problems such as abuse, neglect, delinquency, and chemical dependency are addressed in a home-like atmosphere.
