Community Commitment
High School Athletics
First Commonwealth’s support of local high schools and their students is an extension of our commitment to the community and includes being the official bank of the WPIAL and sponsoring many individual high school programs throughout Western Pennsylvania.
Scholarship Program
Each school year, First Commonwealth awards 20 $1,000 "Time to be First" Scholarships to area high school senior athletes. The scholarships are awarded, in partnership with WPIAL, to those student athletes who best describe why it is their time to be first in academics, athletics and community.
From the Sidelines
Look for us at the games. You might find us under the red First Commonwealth tent, throwing t–shirts into the crowd, waving bam–bam sticks or collecting food for the local food bank.
