First Commonwealth continues to reach out to local communities in western and central Pennsylvania.

First Commonwealth provides financial support through contributions and sponsorships to local community programs which enhance the quality of life of its citizens. Our local offices make decisions about events and organizations in their neighborhoods as they understand the unique needs in their areas.

We also encourage our employees to participate in making their communities better places to live and work by volunteering their time and talents to those worthwhile community programs.

We also participate in the Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program which provides support to those organizations dedicated to the education of our youth. For more information regarding the EITC program please visit here.

8^th Annual Peace It Together Peace Partners Awards Ceremony

The 8^th Annual Peace It Together Peace Partner Awards Ceremony will take place at the LeMont in Pittsburgh on Wednesday, March 13. Guests will enjoy food, drinks, networking and entertainment followed by the presentation of the 2013 Peace Partner Awards to an outstanding individual, youth, organization and grassroots initiative who has demonstrated unwavering and inspirational commitment to peace-building in our region.
