| Job Description: | Communicates with both underwriters and dealership personnel in the processing of indirect loan applications and contracts. Examines submitted loan files for accuracy, completeness and adherence to the original loan approval and loan policy; alerts office personnel and management on loan documentation discrepancies and assists in their resolution. Uploads loans to the BancStar and ACAPS systems. Does post-processing follow-up on missing documentation and processing errors. Prepares daily and monthly activity reports as needed for management review | ||
| Competencies (Skills and Experience Required): | Must have proficient mathematics skills; knowledge of computer systems such as BancStar, CICS, FOCUS, Word Excel, systems and mainframe; proficient interpersonal relations, typing skills, report writing and analytical skills. A minimum of two (2) years experience in a business environment with one (1) year of experience in banking. | ||
