Job Description:

Ensures Bank properties are maintained efficiently. Specialized equipment and trades training and/or equivalent experience including but not limited to: plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, heating, painting, and electrical work is highly desirable. Position may include seasonal activities such as snow removal and lawn maintenance. Major emphasis is on timely response to day-to-day problems involving the Bank owned or leased buildings and other properties to minimize damage, ensure adequate service, and maintain on going maintenance and renovation of properties as required.

Competencies (Skills and Experience Required):

Must have high school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of related experience preferred. Candidate must have moderate reading, writing, and mathematical skills and possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license. Physical requirements include the ability to lift or carry (occasionally up to 150 lbs). Must be able to operate machinery and common hand tools as needed and should possess knowledge of construction tools and their appropriate uses as well as applicable construction safety. Positive attitude and good communication skills are required.
