| Job Description: | Produces error free loan documentation; communicates with approving entity and closing personnel in scheduling of closings and resolution of closing issues; examines closed loan files for completeness and adherence to lending policy and resolves discrepancies; uploads loans to LASERPRO and ALS system and organizes files. Handles HMDA reporting, and prepares monthly and weekly activity reports for management meetings. | ||
| Competencies (Skills and Experience Required): | Must have proficient mathematics skills; knowledge of computer systems such as LASERPRO, CIF, Word Excel, Grow systems, mainframe and Loan Prospector; proficient interpersonal relations, typing skills, report writing and analytical skills. High School Diploma or equivalent is required, associates degree preferred. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a business environment with one (1) year of experience in banking. | ||
