Job Description:Responsible for growing, leading and managing the Consumer Banking activities in assigned community offices. This involves leading and coaching highly motivated office teams on meeting client needs in the areas of loans, deposits, insurance, investments and other assigned goals. Accountabilities include client retention and satisfaction, client relationship growth, balance sheet growth, integrating with product and business partners, as well as expense control, risk management and ensuring compliance to established operational policy and procedures.
Competencies (Skills and Experience Required):A minimum of two (2) years experience in related banking positions or proven/demonstrated sales management experience in a retail sales environment is required. Must have a proven record of successful team management, leadership skills, and development of employee talent; communication skills with the ability to influence others, implement and sustain change, and work with a variety of management styles. Two (2) years prior supervisory experience including delegating, team building, coaching, training, motivating, discipline and performance measurement/appraisals is preferred. The employee may occasionally need to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid driver’s license.
