Job Description:Performs a variety of tasks to support the consumer services function of a Community Office. Responds to inquiries or requests for information. Provides a broad range of consumer services to customers of the Community Office. Achieve customer service goals as established departmentally. Provide guidance and on-the-job training to other office sales team members.
Competencies (Skills and Experience Required):Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; specialized banking training and education preferred. Proficient interpersonal relations; must have moderate computer skills; thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank consumer products and services; technical supervisory skills and sufficient skills to provide assistance in training; a comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents used in opening new accounts. The employee may occasionally need to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in related positions is preferred.
