Administrative Assistant II - Trust-Executive

Job Description:Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support the Trust Division i.e. typing, filing, answering the telephone, faxing, etc. Prepares, updates, coordinates and creates reports. Handles special projects as directed and coordinates with the individuals essential to the assignment. Maintains current knowledge of bank products and their benefits; identifies and suggests these products and services to customers as opportunities arise; refers customer to proper person and department as necessary.
Competencies (Skills and Experience Required):High School diploma or equivalent, with an emphasis in business curriculum. A minimum of one (1) year related work experience, excellent communication skills and advanced intermediate Microsoft Office skills required. Must be proficient in Power Point and Excel.
