Part-time - Client Service Specialist I

Job Description:Performs a variety of tasks to support the clients via telephone. Responds to inquiries or requests for information and introduces new banking services. Responsible for organizing and completing follow-up work required to fulfill customer requests; responsible for meeting goals related to generating business for FCFC divisions. Requires the ability to work day, evening, and weekend scheduling. Staff members in this position are responsible for receiving inbound calls from all types of clients, or potential clients, having questions regarding their current account relationship or seeking information about additional products. It is anticipated that within 6 months of hire, these individuals will be able to handle some 85 of direct inbound calls with no elevated call assistance. Staff members at this level will have sales goals limited to referral of business only.
Competencies (Skills and Experience Required):High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Working knowledge of bank products and procedures preferred.
