Job Description:Senior-level position provides high-level support to Trust Administration and/or Trust Management. Responsible for advanced/complex processing duties in one or more of the Trust areas (Trust Services Operations, Trust Services Systems/Support, Investments, Retirement Plan Services, and/or Administration). Performs non-management back-up functions of the Section Coordinator as necessary/appropriate.
Competencies (Skills and Experience Required):An Associates Degree or equivalent experience is required. Two or more years of in-department experience or three or more years experience in a related field required. Extensive familiarity/proficiency with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel. Strong related software skills. Demonstrable ability to work independently and multi-task essential. Excellent research/problem resolution skills essential. Background in Securities Operations preferred. Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematical skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, security set up, custody and mutual fund settlement, income posting, class action research and filing, and asset movement and adjustments.
