Community Commitment

Saturday, April 26, 2008 – beginning at 6:30 p.m. in Carnegie Music Hall’s foyer

The IUP Legacy Gala will celebrate IUP’s connection with the region and recognize leaders in the areas of IUP alumni achievement, philanthropy, and civic service.  The event marks the inaugural presentations of the Presidential Legacy Awards for Philanthropy, Civic Service, and Alumni Distinction.

Honorees are:

This black-tie affair will feature dinner, dancing, and a silent auction of memorabilia and luxury items with event proceeds to benefit the University Fund for Academic Excellence.  Tickets are $135 per person.

You may bid on silent auction items without attending the gala through IUP’s website.  Items available include a private tour and reception for fifteen at the Andy Warhol Museum; a Ben Roethlisberger signed football; Kennywood tickets for twelve; cases of chardonnay and cabernet wines; and golf packages.
