Join First Commonwealth for a fun-filled day of cooking demos and classes, the latest food trends, international cooking, kitchen gadgets, food sampling, recipe sharing, kids cooking, and more.

This year’s 2009 event schedule includes the First Commonwealth official Flavors of Pittsburgh Stage where local First Commonwealth clients and restaurants will be featured as top chefs in our community!

Flavors of Pittsburgh Stage:
9:30 a.m.: Mexico City Restaurant
10:30 a.m.: The Green Mango
11:30 a.m.: Taste of New Orleans
12:30 p.m.: Atria’s
1:30 p.m.: IUP/ Culinary Dept
2:30 p.m.: Rizzo’s Malabar Inn
3:30 p.m.: Stacey Harris – Diabetic Pastry Chef

The list of celebrities will be headlined by an array of famous chefs. This year’s roster on the Main Stage includes Duff Goldman from the Food Network’s “Ace of Cakes.” Other headliners include Katie Lee Joel with “The Comfortable Table”, Howard Helmer as the “World’s Fastest Omelet Maker”, Anne Byrn as “The Cake Mix Doctor”, and will conclude with… The Pizza Hut Challenge!
